On October 19th, 2008, I completed a training program at Harvard Business School on teaching executives negotiation skills. Close to 2000 executives participated after paying a handsome amount of money. It turned out to be a complete waste of my time and money for reasons I’ll explain some other time.

Four years prior in Evanston, IL, I thoroughly enjoyed two full days’ training on teaching negotiation lectured by top teachers from Kellogg, Haas, and Harvard, among others. This training completely changed my view on executive training.

I received world-class training on research from the Ohio State University and have served as lecturer in a few Universities in HK for over a decade. I have done research and published. But my passion has always been to use credible evidence to improve practice.

So, I can help if you or your organization have consulting needs on negotiation. I can help answer questions that you may have, tackle complex negotiations, and help train and improve the competency of your work force.

If you feel that my expertise could be of use for your personal or professional development, drop me an email and let’s talk.
